Purchases Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories), and Canada. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. deCARate LLC is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded. Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to California destinations.
Purchasing Times
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. In most instances, if your order is placed before 11am PST on a weekday, we’ll ship it out that same day. If your order is placed after 11am PST on a weekday or if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we’ll ship it out the next possible business day. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.
Standard Shipping Costs
Our products are typically shipped in large tear proof envelopes unless the quantity of the order justifies box shipment. The oversized envelope may not fit in conventional mail or PO boxes. PO Boxes may have restrictions for expedited deliveries. Shipments to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories) are calculated based on weight, size and zip code. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as we rely on carriers and have no control over their activities. Please double check accuracy of mailing addresses. We are not liable if sent to incorrect address due to consumer error. I order includes several items, we make every effort to ship together. Occasionally, we may ship separately due to product quantity or availability.
Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, we are happy to expedite your order for an additional charge. Expedited Shipping methods are not available for shipments to Canada. Expedited Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your deCARate LLC products, contact our customer service at support@decarate.com. If you change your mind, you are able to exchange the order for other products within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the package is unopened, intact and in original saleable condition. Prior to returning an order, please call us for a return merchandise authorization number to allow for the seamless exchange of your items. This number will be placed on your outer package prior to return. Our shipping address will be provided to you at this time. Consumer pays for shipping both directions. If an item is defective, please email or call us for further instructions.
If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty product, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). We currently do not offer gift exchanges or refunds unless the order was shipped in error. We have the right to refuse shipment and/or cancel an order at our discretion if we believe customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to deCARate LLC interests.
Product Guarantee
deCARate unconditionally guarantees our products from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase when used as directed. We do not offer replacement parts due to improper use, loss or theft.
Goods Damaged In Transit
Upon receipt of all goods, the customer should inspect the packaging for any visible damages.
